A little about us
Iâm Shelly, a birthworker and perinatal educator passionate about helping women feel calm, confident and comfortable throughout pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. Jaye is a yoga teacher and massage therapist devoted to supporting women's health and healing through all stages of motherhood. Together, we created WholeMama Alignment to bring functional movement and physical preparation for birth to prenatal yoga classes. After many years hosting these class in person, we are delighted to now offer them online.

This prenatal yoga fusion program is for all pregnant mothers seeking nurturing functional movement during pregnancy. You don't need any yoga experience - you can be a complete beginner or a yoga class regular. These classes are designed to meet you where you are, supporting your body through all stages of pregnancy, in the comfort and convenience of your own space.
This particular program is designed for pregnancy. You can certainly use some of the protocols in postpartum, with some adjustments where necessary. But we're also working on a new Postpartum version of the program. Stat tuned for that!
This experience is designed to fit into your life. WholeMama Alignment for Pregnancy offers sessions ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour, so you can choose what suits your energy and time on any given day.
We have intentionally designed these classes to integrate functional alignment techniques which support pelvic alignment and both foetal and maternal positioning in pregnancy. This helps to support mobility, improve comfort and energise your body at all stages of pregnancy. WholeMama Alignment for Pregnancy also supports you through relaxation, visualisation and connection with your baby. Best of all, our program is available online from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
